All policies stand out, but the highlights in this manifesto for me dwells on intergrating gender equality and womens sports history into the schools cirricula to challenge sterotypes and promote understanding.

Women in sports have long lived with sterotypes from their peers in school and the society. If this policy become efficient during her reign, agenda setting theory will commence right from the basic level of education. Female Students will not shy aways from professions in sports as footballers or athlete, because the narrative will be change.

This understanding will cut across form parents to the Ministries and to individual subjectivity. This will go a long way to change womens football in Ghana and set Ghana as one of the African countries setting gender equality through sports.
