True Democracy FC secure qualification to Access Bank Division One League next season

True Democracy FC have secured qualification to the Access Division One League after a hard fought 1-0 win over Danbort FC in the final of the Greater Accra Division Two Middle League.

The Tema-based side proved too strong for Danbort FC as they edged their opponents and bagged qualification to the second-tier of Ghanaian football.

 

In an enthralling atmosphere at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday July 7, 2024, True Democracy FC capped an incredible Division Two Middle League with a superb performance against Danbort FC.

General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association, Prosper Harrison Addo and Greater Accra Regional Football Association chairman, Samuel Aboabire, presented the trophy and medals to the finalists.

Ghana Football Association (GFA) Executive Council members Eugene Noel Nobel and Gideon Fosu were also in attendance alongside Executives of the Greater Accra Football Association.

By their feat, True Democracy FC will participate in Zone Three of the Access Bank Division One League next season.
