The second round of the exciting Ghana Beach Soccer Premier League kicked off with a goal fest as thrilling games marked the intense action across both zones.

The winners of last seasons Zone 1 League, Cheetah BSC continued their dominance this season with a ruthless 10-1 thrashing of Teshie United to tighten their hold at the top of the league.

Close contenders Layoca BSC also put up a big fight to fend off a potential comeback from Nungua BSC, picking up the three maximum points in a 5-4 victory.

Sea Sharks are still in the race as they also continued their push for top spot by beating Dansoman 4-2.

In zone 2, this season’s surprise package Vodza Iron Breakers remain top of the pile despite being held to an exciting 3-3 draw by Kedzi Miracle.

Last seasons’ champions Ada Assurance suffered another setback in their title defense losing a nine goal thriller 5-4 to bottom club Tegbi Ocean Stars.

The final game of the weekend saw three time league champions Keta Sunset lose for the second straight weekend as their arch rivals Havedzi Mighty Warriors dealt them a tough defeat.

The league season continues next weekend in at the Cheetah Den-Senya Bereku in the central region and Keta Emancipation Beach – Volta.
