The Black Princesses have returned home from Colombia after their early FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup exit.

The players, technical team and members of the management team touched down on Tuesday in Accra.

Meanwhile, six players: Jenna Sapong, Helen Alormenu, Alexandra Emefa Tay, Salamatu Abdulai, Tracey Twum, and Asana Alhassan joined their respective clubs directly from Colombia.

Ghana failed to progress beyond the group stages for the seventh consecutive time after two defeats and a win in Group E.

The Black Princesses lost their opening game against debutants Austria before a thumping loss to Japan in the second game.

However, they redeemed themselves with a 3-1 victory over New Zealand in their final group game but it was not enough to see Ghana through.
