Nsoatreman FC’s CAF Confederations Cup Dreams Hang in Balance

In today’s CAF Confederations Cup qualification match, Nsoatreman FC faced off against CS Constantine at the Accra Sports Stadium. Despite their efforts, Nsoatreman FC struggled to gain momentum, ultimately losing 2-0 to the Algerian team.

The match began with a strong start from CS Constantine, as 27-year-old forward Zakaria Benchaa scored the first goal just 11 minutes into the game. Benchaa continued to dominate, scoring his second goal 16 minutes later.

Nsoatreman FC fought to regain their footing, but CS Constantine’s defense held strong. The Ghanaian team’s efforts were unable to secure a comeback, and the match ended with a 2-0 victory for CS Constantine.

This loss puts Nsoatreman FC in a challenging position, as they face the second leg of the qualifier in Algeria on September 21. The team will need to regroup and strategize if they hope to advance to the group stage of the CAF Confederations Cup.
