BEREKUM CHELSEA FC DONATES SPORTS EQUIPMENT TO GAF’S PAY REGT

A delegation from Berekum Chelsea Football Club have paid a courtesy visit to the Commanding Officer (CO), Forces Pay Regiment (FPR), Ghana Armed Forces (GAF), and donated sports kits to the Regiment, to help properly tool the Unit’s sports team.

On Wednesday 11 September 2024, the delegation, led by Mr Fredua Christopher, Deputy Marketing Manager of the Club, presented 2 sets of jerseys, 2 basketballs, 2 footballs, 2 handballs, 2 volleyballs, and 2 netballs, which were received on behalf of the FPR by the Second-in-Command, FPR – Lieutenant Colonel Michael Benefo.

The CO, FPR – Colonel Miki Adusei Nkrumah, expressing appreciation for the team’s benevolence, stated that the equipment would help the FPR personnel train adequately, engage other teams confidently, and keep personnel in good physical condition, to execute their functions at the regiment.

Other members of the visiting delegation included Mr Yeboah Bennet – Deputy Accra Representative of the Club, and Mr Mahadin Jakari Ventuo , Supporters Group Chairman
