Accra Hearts of Oak have joined a growing list of suitors vying for the signature of talented winger Walid Fuseini Neymar. The skillful attacker has attracted interest from several top-tier Ghana Premier League clubs following an impressive season. With Hearts looking to rebuild and add firepower to their attack, Fuseini’s flair and creativity could be the spark the Phobians need to reignite their title ambitions.

The 25-year-old joined Nsoatreman FC in 2022 and has been a revelation, having given out exceptional and consistent performances since and is currently unattached

Walid Neymar had an impressive stint with Nsotreman FC during the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season. He made 18 appearances, scoring 4 goals and providing 1 assist, accumulating a total of 1,578 minutes on the pitch.

His standout performance came in Matchweek 5, where he scored in Nsotreman’s 3-1 victory over Legon Cities FC, helping the team end a four-game winless streak.

According to trusted journalist Shaban Mohammed, Hearts of Oak have entered the race for the signing of lanky attacker – who recently was linked with a move to their rivals Asante Kotoko

However, the report has it that his move to the Reds hasn’t been progressing in the last few weeks and the ‘Phobians’ are looking to hijack the move in the coming weeks

He made 30 appearances with three goals to his belt and two MVPs in his first season for Nsoatreman FC and topped up with the prestigious best player of the season accolade

Walid Fuseini Neymar played a pivotal role in the club’s FA Cup glory two seasons ago and also in their short run in the CAF Confederations Cup prelims having netted 2 goals in 13 games in all competitions
