The winning goal came in the second half, following a spell of dominance from Kwahu East. Their relentless pressure paid off when a well-worked team move was finished off with composure, sending their fans into wild celebrations. Despite a late surge from Lower West Akim in search of an equalizer, Kwahu East held firm defensively to secure the title.

The tournament, organized under the auspices of the Eastern Regional Football Association, brought together top U17 talents from various districts across the region. It served as a platform for scouting and development, with coaches and technical observers present to monitor standout performers.

In the U15 edition, New Juaben showed class, defying all the odds to emerge winners at the same venue.
