Ghana’s assistant captain Jennifer Cudjoe says the Black Queens are mentally and physically prepared to face Mali in what she describes as a “must-win” game. The midfield dynamo noted that the team is motivated by recent progress and eager to prove their strength on the field. Her passionate call to action reflects the squad’s determination to keep their winning momentum and make Ghanaians proud.
Making her debut at the continental tournament, Cudjoe said, “This is a dream come true for me. Representing Ghana at this level is an honour, and I’m giving everything for my team.” She said.
She acknowledged the challenge ahead: “It’s not going to be an easy game, but we’ve prepared well and we’re progressing. We take lessons from the South Africa game and aim to show something better. We’ll fight like it’s our last game.”Cudjoe added.
The Black Queens face Mali on Friday, seeking their first win and a chance to stay alive in the quarterfinals.
