Black Queens Set to Face Raja Club Athletic in Friendly Today

The Ghanaian senior women’s national football team, known as the Black Queens, will face Raja Club Athletic Women today in a friendly game, as part of their training tour in Morocco
The game will be played at Père Jégo Stadium in Casablanca, Morocco, today, February 24.
Ghana, who have recently appointed a new coach in the person of Kim Lars Bjorkegren after the departure of Nora Häuptle, are coming off one friendly game against Morocco women’s team  The Atlas Lionesse last Friday. The Black Queens lost 1-0.

Black Queens, will take the game as part of their preparations for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in July this year.

Coach Bjorkegren will welcome this afternoon’s encounter as part of the process for blooding a new squad in another test ahead of the 2025 WAFCON in Morocco this summer.
