Lead Coordinator Of The Challenge Group, Prince Kelly Anyomitse has encouraged all Young Green Entrepreneurs to promote green sustainability in their respective fields of work to promote environmental sustainability at all times. In a workshop organized by the Strategic Youth Network For Development  on the 21st April, 2023 at Milkin Hotel,  Mr Anyomitse, emphasized “ that this initiative will not be visualized if entrepreneurs are first not encourage on how to elevate themselves and their business as a whole” .

How then can these Young Green Entrepreneurs equip themselves?

First need to have the vision of growth in their  current startup/business , which is defined by having a systematic and progressive achievement of business plan, Increase in sales and production visibility and capacity ,  current trends involvement , secure funding for business, partnerships, inputs , reliable plans, and  depicts an incline and baseline achievements .

SUSTAINABLE PILLARS 

The 3 sustainable pillars include SOCIAL, ECONOMIC and ENVIRONMENTAL method

Stage 1- there  is a need for direct supervision since creativity must be in abandance.

stage 2- supervised supervision is essential for survival growth through direction (crises of autonomy)

Stage 3-functionality is important to increase the  success growth through delegation ( crises of control)

Stage 4- there is a need to take off  growth coordination ( crises of red tape ) measure and issue in existence that you must get used to, to progress.

Stage 5- Divisional collaboration with line and staff to achieve  resource maturity growth

From stage 2 to 3 is a critical stage . The ability to expand and partner with people is necessary and never forget to  start putting records together.

Early stage

Develop yourself intellectually. Seek mentorship. Attend relevant industry events and build your network. Always Learn from those ahead

Growing stage

• Commit yourself to acceleration and business growth programs, Build systems ( HR, FINANCIAL MGT) and  Engage and understand the market you are in.
• Connect with investors  to learn funding requirements. Need for equipment that is Co-founder , research, market , set KPIs and dashboards.

Mr Anyomitse on his closing remarks stated that on Green business model – make sure your goal is to create environmental sustainability

The workshop saw different Young Green Entreprenuers from different part of the country, journalist and stakeholders who are passionate about achieving Environmental Sustainability.
