S--Inkoom Football Management Agency (SIFMA) has entered partnership agreement with HK-Invest, AS, owned by Norwegian top businessman Tony.

The partnership agreement, described by both parties as mutually beneficial, will see the SIFMA and HK-Invest, AS share ideas given the young players the platform to showcase the talent.

At the core of SIFMA’s mission is talent discovery, player management, contract negotiations, and the wholistic development of young prospects.

Speaking passionately at the launch event held in AH Hotel Accra last Friday, Inkoom said, “At a point in time, I was banned from football for one year and I also taught about it, I have to also give back to the society as well. So I decided that okay, this is what I will do I will open my own agency then I will develop the young kids coming and also teach them how to sign a contract in general because I faced the same thing and I was banned from football for one year and that is the reason why I launched S-Inkoom Football Management Agency (SIFMA)”.

He added, “I also want to develop the players to change their minds set before they go out there because a lot of young players doesn’t understand the job that they’re doing.

So for me to come with this agency, for them to know that, whatever they’re doing, they have to understand.

We are also building our own academy and I am just giving this youth the opportunity to grab it.

I remember I said to myself in my career that , I will never go for trials, and that doesn’t means that, those who go for trials are not good. Now the trials is coming in the house, it’s coming in front of them, it’s coming home.

So this is the time the have to grab it and show whatever they have inside them out for the S-Inkoom Football Management Agency for us to develop them”.

According to Tony the owner of NK-invest, AS said , “We are here for very important reason. Is about Values, is about creating something not existing today. In the football industry, me and Samuel know that it’s very hard , is hard life, it’s struggling, it’s struggling of life and death sometimes.

So maybe we can be a channel to create the dreams come true for the young once.

As company, we going into a co-operation, we talked about values, strategies , operation and at the end of the day it is about what we can do with the kids or the talents, so we create a channel for them, opportunity to come maybe to Europe and that’s fantastic opportunity everybody.

So for me to come to Africa, to Ghana, fantastic and to see what Samuel and his team had done so far is amazing because I know how hard it’s.

You need to work every day, to get one step further. And we create this for our childrens, we will do our best, we will support Samuel and his team in Ghana with everything we can do from Europe, the guys who are sitting here is a fantastic resource, Samuel Infront, been a Black Stars player, we all know him, and this is very important we talked to our childrens, who. Should look at for”.
